UPLIGHTING IS NOT ALL THE SAME!
Some of the older uplighting by many companies and venues still use halogen bulbs which can get hot to the touch and can only create limited color combinations with Red, Green & Blue color mixing. I have invested heavily into the BEST wireless LED uplighting. Being LED, the bulbs are cool to the touch which is perfect if you plan on having children at your event! RGBAW+UV uplighting can create a wide range of colors with Red, Green, Blue, Amber, White & Ultra Violet and any combination of colors that can be mixed together. Want White, Amber, Candlelight, Robin Egg Blue, Mint Green or another custom color? I can achieve virtually any color that you can think of.
WIRELESS UPLIGHTING
Being that our uplighting is wireless, you never have to worry about long runs of wiring around your room, taped down with unsightly black tape and best yet, NO TRIPPING HAZARDS. Short on electrical outlets? Tent Wedding? Need outdoor uplighting? No problem! Since our uplighting is wireless, you don’t need to plug them into an electrical outlet and they can be placed virtually anywhere to create that WOW factor!

INTELLIGENT LIGHTING
Intelligent Lighting, also known as “Moving Heads” or “Movers” are very versatile lights that can be used for several applications to create some interesting lighting effects at your next event. You’ve most likely seen them used at big concerts, night clubs and other high production events.
Dance floor lighting is essential in helping to create energy and set the mood on the dance floor at any wedding, birthday party, corporate event or anywhere that you wish to have an exciting party. With so many options out there, it’s easy to get lost in the sea of lighting terms like “Uplighting“, “Gobo’s”, “Monograms”, “Wash Lighting”, “Spinners”, “Movers” and “Intelligent Lighting”.
WHY YOU NEED INTELLIGENT LIGHTING
Intelligent Lighting, also known as “Moving Heads” or “Movers” are very versatile lights that can be used for several applications to create some interesting lighting effects at your next event. You’ve most likely seen them used at big concerts, night clubs and other high prodcution events. Unlike most DJ lights that just need to be plugged in to operate and do the same thing each and every time, Intelligent Lighting requires programming ahead of time to create some customized mind blowing light shows. Because of the lights ability to pan, tilt and rotate on a motorized axis, thes lights can be used to move projected sound activated beams of colored light across your dance floor to create the mood for dancing. Looking for something a little more elegant? We can program the light to stay stationary or follow you on the dance floor to spotlight your grand entrance, first dance and parent dances in a white spolight. We can even use these lights to project a bunch of tiny dots on the ceiling to create a “Dancing Under The Stars” effect and of course we can get crazy and use these to bring the dance floor to life!
CUSTOM MONOGRAMS
Monogram lighting is a great way to personalize your reception, sweet 16 or corporate event! We will project your name, initials, wedding date, custom logo and any combination in lights on the dance floor or nearby wall. Shine it behind the head table or cake table for a beautiful backdrop! If you designed a special monogram for your wedding invitations, you can even use that very same monogram for the lighting on the dance floor!

Our custom Gobo monograms are metal or glass discs and even digitally projected from above and creates a unique focal point at your special event. These monograms are projected onto any nearby wall, ceiling or even the dance floor using our state of the art Gobo spotlight projector and will provide an amazing “WOW!” factor at your wedding or special event! Monograms are a great way to add some elegant customization to your ballroom. Just imagine dancing on top of your name in lights for your first dance.

We want to make your wedding planning FUN and STRESS FREE! All of your details, customized timelines and music selections can easily be added into the app at your own convenience and will be available for SoundFormula to see to help structure your AMAZING wedding! You won’t find this feature anywhere else, I promise!

WEDDING PLANNING MADE RIDICULOUSLY FUN, EASY & STRESS FREE!!
After signing a contract with us, SoundFormula Entertainment will email you a link to download Vibo on your device.
Install the app and sign up with your Email or Facebook account. The app is free and it’s going to make the world of difference, we promise!
After signing up you will be directed to your personalized event page, which is visible only to you and SoundFormula Entertainment, and has two tabs - Details and Music.
The Details tab allows you to change the cover photo, add more admins, edit your event’s details, and invite guests to be able to vote on your Must Plays.
The Music tab allows you to add and manage the music requests and Must Play Songs for your DJ. The screen consists of different sections, such as Open Dance Songs, Dinner Music, First Dance Song, Parent Dances, etc.
Add songs by tapping on a section and then tapping the green + button. You can add songs either by searching Youtube from the top bar or by browsing Vibo’s recommendations. There is also a builit in Spotify playlists integration!
Invite guests to upvote and suggest songs of their own by tapping the blue button on the Details screen. Your event has a unique URL, making it a breeze to invite your guests via text, email, Facebook or any other messaging app you’re using.
Finalize your song requests by marking your guests song requests as “Must Play” or “Don’t Play”, or by removing them completely. Simple!

🎵MUSIC PLANNING MADE EASY🎵
Search for the songs that YOU love, import your Spotify lists or search our curated recommendations broken down by genre, decade, trending charts and more. Add as few or as many of the songs that YOU want and then Invite guests to join and add their own requests. Allow friends and family to vote on their favorite songs, YOU can mark songs as "MUST PLAYS" and "MUST NOT PLAYS" and YOU can even leave your DJ notes about each song if you'd like all right from the app!
⭑KEEPING THINGS ORGANIZED
With the built in planning form, you tell us when and where things are happening, who your vendors are, who is being introduced in your wedding party, who is giving a toast, which special songs you have chosen and much more! Timelines are completely customizable by simply dragging and dropping the different elements of your wedding into the correct order. This not only helps keep the DJ on track, but will also be pure gold for your photographer, videographer, event coordinators, etc.
